Are you a teen that loves young adult fiction? Then you want to pay attention to the Inky Awards – an annual award for young adult literature that’s voted on by teens.
The Gold Inky Award finalists focus on books published in Australia by Australian authors. Finalists for the Gold Inky Award are Razorhurst by Justine Larbalestier, The Protected by Claire Zorn, The Incredible Adventures of Cinnamon Girl by Melissa Keill, The Intern by Gabrielle Tozer, and Laurinda by Alice Pung.

The Silver Inky Awards focus on international books that are loved by Australian teens. Finalists for the Silver Inky award are Since You’ve Been Gone by Morgan Matson, Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, Bird by Crystal Chan, Spark by Rachael Craw, and We Were Liars by E. Lockhart.
Voting closes on September 27. Teens can vote in the Inky Awards at their official website.
