Keiynan Lonsdale will star in the upcoming movie adaptation of Becky Albertalli’s Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda.
Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda follows high schooler Simon Spier, who finds himself forced to play wingman to the class clown in order to keep his sexuality under wraps. Simon has to find a way to step out of his comfort zone before he’s pushed out–without alienating his friends, compromising himself, or fumbling a shot at happiness with the adorable anonymous guy he’s been emailing.
Lonsdale, who is best known for his role as Wally West on , will play Bram Greenfeld, Simon’s friend and fellow student at Creekwood High School.
The Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda film is currently in post-production and slated for release in March 2018. The book is available now.
