Dermot Mulroney and Richard Harmon joined the cast of the upcoming film adaptation of Break My Heart 1,000 Times. They will star alongside Bella Thorne.
In the world of Daniel Waters’s Break My Heart 1,000 Times, ghost-like creatures have been coexisting beside the living ever since the Event. Except instead of disappearing, these ghosts are growing stronger. Veronica and her friend, Kirk, set out to investigate why and discover a darker plot than they could’ve imagined.
Thorne will lead the cast as Veronica, while Harmon is set to play Kirk and Mulroney will play August Bittner, a teacher and expert on the ghost-like beings.
Paul Brooks of Gold Circle is set to produce, Scott Speer of is attached to direct, and the script is written by ‘s Jason Fuchs.
Break My Heart 1,000 Times is set to premiere next year.
